Chabot College DECA provides opportunities for learning and networking to community college students in Northern California by partnering with local and international organizations to perform services and solve real world problems. Members get to discover, build and enrich their skills in leadership, communication, human relations and civic responsibility.

Chabot College DECA prepares community college students for careers in MARKETING, FINANCE, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, PROJECT MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION through competitions, conferences, projects and various leadership opportunities. Members learn to become self-sufficient and creative by working as a team with their peers and engaging professionally with other stakeholders and building their resume while working on their academic goals.
